Connecting to your app

When you first open the app, it asks for your app name. That's the first part of your company's Wise Rock web address — if your team signs in at
acme.app.wiserocksoftware.com, your app name is acme.

If you don't know it, check the address bar in the Wise Rock web app, ask a teammate, or contact your administrator. Once connected, sign in with the same credentials you use on the web.

Getting access

Wise Rock is enterprise software — accounts are provisioned by your organization. There is no in-app sign-up.

The mobile app also requires a mobile subscription in addition to your company's core Wise Rock subscription. Your organization manages this subscription directly with Wise Rock. It is not purchased in the app.

If your company already uses Wise Rock, contact your internal administrator or IT team to have an account created and to confirm mobile access is included in your company's subscription. If your organization is new to Wise Rock, reach out to customer-success@wiserocksoftware.com to schedule a demo.

Common questions

I can't sign in. What should I do?

First, confirm you're using the credentials issued by your organization. If your organization uses single sign-on, tap Log In With your provider and use your normal work credentials. If your credentials are correct but sign-in still fails, your company may not have an active mobile subscription. Mobile access is separate from the core Wise Rock subscription. Check with your company's Wise Rock administrator, or email support@wiserocksoftware.com and we'll help you directly.

I didn't receive my verification code.

Sign-in codes are emailed to your account address. Check your spam folder, and make sure you're checking the inbox for the address you signed in with. A new code is only sent when you sign in again — use Start over on the sign-in screen to request a fresh one.

Does the mobile app require a separate subscription?

Yes. Mobile access is an add-on to your company's core Wise Rock subscription and is managed by your organization directly with Wise Rock. If your company hasn't added mobile access, ask your administrator or contact customer-success@wiserocksoftware.com.

How do I request account changes or deletion?

Accounts are managed by your organization. To change or remove your account, contact your administrator or email support@wiserocksoftware.com and we'll coordinate the request. You can also read how we handle personal data in our privacy policy.

Which devices are supported?

The Wise Rock app is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 16.4 or later. iPad can run it in iPhone-compatibility mode.
